American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Training
Blended course: 3-4 hour online course followed by a 2-hour 15-minute in-person class
The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course equips students to recognize and care for various first aid breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adult children and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the online portion (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed before attending the instructor-led skills session. A valid 2-year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued upon successful completion.
Connecticut Guard Card (Security Officer)

This is the mandatory 8-hour Connecticut Guard Card Certification Class required by the State of Connecticut to apply for and obtain your Security Officer Identification Card (CT Guard Card) to be employed as a Security Guard in the State of Connecticut.
Requirements:
18-years-old
No felony or sexual offense convictions
Citizen or Resident Alien of the United States
Refunds for the security guard and babysitting class must be requested 24 hours before the class begins, after that the course fee can be used for a future date.
Refunds for the First Aid/CPR/AED training will only be 50% after registering.
American Red Cross Basic Life Support Training
Blended Course: Up to 2 hours online (Passing the protests allows you to skip to the post-test) followed by a 2.5-hour in-person skills session.
The 2021 Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides healthcare providers and public safety professionals the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adult child and infant patients. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the online portion (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to attending the instructor-led skills session. Upon successful completion of the course learners will receive a 2-year Basic Life Support digital certificate with anytime anywhere access to certificate and training history.The American Red Cross is an accredited provider of continuing education by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education.
